I have all my addresss in Contacts in Outlook 2007. However, if I click on
my address book at the top there is no one in there. I am forced to click on
contacts in the lower left hand corners. This causes a problem when trying
to forward and email. If I click on "To" it pulls up the address book which
has nothing in it. How can I get my address book to look identical to my
contacts list?

Have you added the Outlook Address Book Service to your profile?
Have you enabled your Contacts Folder as an email address book?

Right-click on "Contacts" in the LH pane in the Contacts view, choose
Properties, click on the Outlook Addressbook tab. Check the box "Show this
folder as an email addressbook"
