I run outlook '03 on XP Home and have an 80 gig Ipod Classic.  When I syc my
contacts, about 10% don't get captured on the IPOD.  I can't find anything
different between those that are and are not captured.  I also don't find
anything similar about those that aren't captured.  Since Apple has a
terrible Support function, I'm trying with a tried and true forum.

Many thanks

What happens if you open one of the contacts that doesn't sync and change
something in it back to itself and then save and close the record?  Does it
sync then?

Since synching is totally up to the sync software and Outlook doesn't
participate in the process except to hold the data, I don't think you stand
a great chance of getting an answer here.  Good luck, though.  Perhaps
someone will have encountered it.
