when I click on the TO; button to bring up contacts /in the SELECTNAMES window it brings up address book and I want to show CONTACTS You failed to post your Outlook version and how you have configured your Outlook Address Book. Those instructions are posted here daily. Search the Knowledge Base for the instructions that match your version.
