I havea user with Outlook 2003.  When she opens her address book and selects
"Show names from the:" drop down, she has four "Contacts" listed beyond the
Global address list and one other.  She only uses one of those Contact lists,
all the others are empty, how do I get rid of the empty ones?

Have her click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or
address books>Next.  Select Outlook Address Book, click Change.  Remove the
bogus references there.  Stop and restart Outlook.
