I am trying to find a way to export my Outlook contacts and keep all the
notes intact.  When I have tried in the past it truncates all of the
information and it is not clear when you re-import into Outlook on another
computer.

Is there an add on program to fix this?

Thanks

Why would you ever use export and import to transfer Outlook data? You have
Outlook data. Just open the data file in the other installation. Exporting
and importing just loses information which you are demonstrating for us once
again.
