My contacts appear in my address book, but the first and last names are
reversed.  How can I fix this?

Guessing that you're using Outlook 2002 or 2003 (it's always a good idea to
state the Outlook version), click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change
existing directories or address books>Next.  Select the Outlook Address Book
service and click Change.  Set the sort order there.  Stop and restart
Outlook.
