I have outlook 2003 SP3 fresh install

My autosuggest works until I reboot.  I cannot find a nk2 file
anywhere on my system. I can do a new email and put in an address
which outlook remembers until I reboot and it starts again as if the
cache has been wiped.

Any help would be great.

You do have an NK2 file. You must not have searched correctly.
Outlook's autocompletion function is very fragile and often stops working.
You'll have to create a new profile to get it working again--for a while.

Open Windows Explorer and enter

%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook

in the Address field.  Click Go.  You'll see the NK2 file there.
