Hi, I'm not able to store new contacts - the "save" i blured out?? helpe anyone? Post a complete, clear question that includes your Outlook version, what you are trying to do, and what happens when you try. State whether Outlook ever worked as it should and if so what steps were used to break it. Sorry, all of these things should been included, I,m happy to say that the problem is now solved; Outlook was startet several time - an was running at the same time - that the reason.
