When I create a new email message, the second I type one letter in the To
field, a drop down list of possible contacts is displayed.  But when I try to
find some of those same contacts in my Contact list, they are not all there.
Where the heck are they and how can I get all Contacts to show up on
complete list?

Answered here daily. Autocompletion uses your autocompletion cache. It has
nothing to do with your Contacts:

Your answer is very helpful and exactly what I needed to know.  The answer is
in no way intuitive however, and it would be great to have this in an
easy-to-find location in Outlook help since it is obviously a common
question.    Maybe it is in there somewhere but I gave up after 20 minutes of
searching there and on-line and had to ask the question directly to get the
answer.
