Contacts Folder, sorry. Suppose my computer was to crash how do I insure
that I have my contacts information backed up?

Same as always. You back up your Outlook Data File. The file you need is
your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar,
contacts etc are stored.
