Is there a way to have the Full Name button in the Contacts Form displayed as
"First Last".  The EmailDisplayAs is being shown correctly.   I've made sure
that the Default "Full Name" order is displayed as "First (Middle) Last",
however that doesn't seem to fix it.  Is there any help for this type of
issue?

How do you know it doesn't fix it? Have you created a new Contact? That's
what those settings control. To change existing Contacts you'd have to run
code.

Hey, Russ.  Thanks!  I deleted the existing contacts and reimported them back
from Excel.

Your comment got me to thinking.  Thanks for your input.

I'm pleasantly surprised it worked. Outlook usually fails to apply your
specified settings for derived fields like Full Name or File As when you
import Contacts. That's why most of the time you have to run code to change
existing derived fields.
