Hi there

I use Outlook 2003, my company uses Cardscan 3.0.5.  I also have a pda w/ Palm software, version 4.0.1

When I use the Outlook button on Cardscan to transfer the contact info to Outlook some of the info (ie: fax #, direct line, cell # etc.) is not transferred.  What is the problem.  How do I sinchronate the catagories?

Sounds like you need to ask Cardscan what information they are transferring.
