how do i copy my Outlook contacts folder using vista and xp

am using active sync  but need to find my outlook contacts in my computer, to
make a copy on another computer and for backup
then can we use contacts file or folder in excel or similar

Hard to discern what your question is. I see no reason why the posts we make
here every day won't answer whatever your question might be. I'm sure you
will tell us if it does not, and hopefully your question will become clear
at that point.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
