When importing contacts from excel how do you change the mapping labels in
the Dialogue Box. I want to re-name them to suit the Information Headings in
my spreadsheet.

Which dialog box exactly are you referring to? Outlook's "Map Custom Fields"
Dialog where Outlook displays it's field names to which you map <your> input
data fields? If that's the case - the answer is "you don't" - or to answer
the question another way, there is no provision anywhere in Outlook (any
version) that allows you to individually change <any> of it's standard field
names under <any circumstances>.
