accidently deleted distribution list in outlook

I accidently deleted a distribution list in 2003 Outlook and it is in my
delete folder but when I go to the list and try to save and close the list it
still isn't in my contacts list.

Drag it from the Deleted Items folder and drop it in the Contacts Folder.

Thank you so much! That was a big help, and it worked. It took me forever
to put that list together and I wasn't looking forward to redoing it again.
