How do I change the way/order the names are listed in my Address Book?

This is the Outlook Address Book associated with the Contact List.  I just
populated a new computer, and the Address Book comes up First Name first,
then Last Name.  I want Company first, Last Name second, then First Name.  I
know I did this before on my old computer, but forgot how I did it.

Again, THIS IS NOT THE CONTACT LIST!  This is the Outlook Address Book
associated with the Contact List.  One of the times it pops up is when you
are addressing an email and click TO or CC.  This Address Book pops up for
selection.

Thanks...Bill!

Hi Bill,

and your Outlook version is?

Different Outlook versions have different settings and options.

> I want Company first, Last Name second, then First Name

This is not possible in the "Outlook Addressbook".

See the options you have for Outlook 2007:

Display the Contacts list (in your Outlook Addressbook) in last name, first
name format

Maybe it helps.

This suggestion worked!  Thanks a lot.  Now my Outlook AddressBook comes up
COMPANY first, LASTNAME second and FIRSTNAME last.

By the way, I have Outlook 2007.
