I keep getting an error message when attempting to export from "Outlook 2007"
and it refers me to a non-existent ValuPack for format translators. What do
you suggest?

File>Import and Export>Export to a file>Comma Separated Values (Windows).
The CSV importer/exporter is installed by default in a standard Office
installation.  It is not part of the "ValuPack", as far as I know.

I have the professional edition of "Microsoft Office 2007." I have done
everything I can think of to see that these converters or translators are
loaded, but they still don't show up.

I found online a few other ftustrated individuals having the same problem,
but I have not seen any reply from Microsoft addressing the issue. I am about
to reload "Microsoft Office 2000" and pitch 2007.

So what have you done? What happens exactly when you try to add Importers
and Exporters using the Office Maintenance Wizard? This error message
suggests there is more to your story than you are telling us. Did you
install Office 2007 clean?
