How do I export individual contacts from outlook to excel

I am trying to export individual contacts from outlook 2003 to excel
speadsheet.

I know how to export all contact from outlook to excel. But I was wondering
if there is a way to export indivdual contacts as oppose to all of them
listed in outlook.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Most users simply put the Contacts they want to export into their own
folder.
