MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2008Shared Address Book which is Portable
I'm in need of a shared address book which can be used on a laptop in offline mode. I setup an address book in Public Folders which allows for sharing but does not allow for offline sync. I did not set this up as a shared personal folder since this would be used company wide. What's the best solution for this? Thanks in advance. Richard hi Richard, you can not synchronize an Address Book. An Outlook Addressbook is only a special "view" of your contact folders.
