I have many contact groups that have over 50+ emails in each. I want to export the emails from those groups into excel. Any suggestions? You would only export them if you wanted to lose them. You cannot export DL's. Save them as a text file, then open them in Excel. You should be able to open them as a tab delimited file. What, precisely, do you mean by a "contact group"? Contacts do NOT contain email, folders do.
