I'm moving and want to notify all contacts in my Outlook address book of the
new address. Is there an easy way to do that?

Open your Contacts folder, select all of the contacts with CTRL-A, then
click Actions>New Message to Contact.

Hi skidiverlb,

in addition to Brians posting use the "BCC" field to select all contacts to
avoid that every "sender" get the complete contact list:

"Demo: Use Bcc to keep names off the To line"

Use Bcc effectively

Maybe it helps.
