I have a user (president of the company of course) who is losing contacts
when he moves them to another contact folder. If we copy and paste, it works
fine. I've confirmed this yet don't have the same issue on my PC. I've reset
the security on his account. We are running Outlook 2003 w/SP3 with Exchange
2003. We run 4 storage groups with 4 MBS' in each. He is in an MBS with about
10 other users. Any ideas? He is not in cached mode.

If copy/paste works fine, tell us what doesn't work and exactly what he's
doing when it doesn't work.  Include details like the views in use for each
Contacts folder, whether filters are applied in either, if he gets any error
messages, and where the folders reside (i.e., PST, Exchange mailbox, Public
folder).
