Help with saving contacts in Outlook

I need help saving my contacts in Microsoft Outlook 2007 to a disc so I can
use it on someone else's version of Outlook. I need to physically put all of
my contacts onto a disc for this so I can transfer them to someone else's
computer. I don't know how to do this, and if anyone could help me I would
greatly appreciate it.
