Outlook 2007/Vista Groups in Contacts

I am new to outlook. I have taken a class in 2003. Not much transfers.

I am trying to recreate my "groups" that I was using in my MSN Hotmail
account. I am able to create new groups but can't move any contact
information into them. I have tried dragging, right-clicking and the
drop-down menus.

I have created some distribution lists but don't like how hard they are to
access; also sending from these lists is a bit cumbersome if you want to
modify the sendees. I have exhausted my options using the color categorizing.

I would disagree, but that's OK.

Are you using hte most recent version of the Outlook Connector?

Categories are quite a bit easier, in my opinion, than Distribution LIsts.
