In Outlook 2007 mail I click on the address book to the left of the search
bar then search for Jason but nothing comes up when I know Jason is in my
contacts because if I just search using the search bar in Outlook vs. the
address search bar he comes up.  I’ve ensured the address book service is
installed how do I synchronize all my conacts and auto populate the auto-fill
(nk2 file)?

Hi All:

Thanks Milly for the "Alt-K" solution in the "nk2" post,  that worked
mostly.  If you watch the video below that is posted on youtube.com you'll
discover that I still have a puzzle to be solved:

~ The address book service tips don't apply its already installed and can't
be removed.
~ Creating a new profile didn't work nothing changed with regard to the
problem best described by watching the video.

I'm stumped.

Darrell
