Outlook Contacts disk in Drive A request

Anyone know why Outlook has suddenly started asking for me to indert a disk
in Drive A?  Only way to remove is by inserting a disk (any disk it seems) or
message annoyingly persists!

After furious head scratching, boysie asked:
