Outlook 2003 with BCM.  I'd like to show only the 'Business Contacts' folder
in My Contacts group but can't seem to get rid of the empty 'Contacts'
folder.  And, in spite of moving it down, the contacts folder remains the
first folder opened.  I've removed the Outlook Address Book service and then
replaced it.  Only Business Contacts is checked to use as an email address
book. Under tools, address book, tools, options only Business Contacts is
shown.
My preference is to not show contacts folder at all but I'll settle for
having the bcm be the default on open.
Thanks.

You cannot hide/delete/remove the default contacts folder.  Nor any other default folder.
