The 'select names' dialog box shows fax numbers for all our company contacts. I noticed that it does not do this on my coworker's computer, so there must be a way to remove the fax numbers from my 'select names' dialog box. does anyone know how?? Only if you don't include them in the contact records, you specify them in such a way that Outlook cannot recognize them as fax numbers (perhaps by adding the letter "F" in front of the fax numbers), or by using a third-party tool like http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/toolbox/hide_fax_numbers.html  SignatureBrian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
