Thank you Brian Tillman. Russ Valentine is not at all helpful with his
arogant attitude. I don't care if he is an MSVP and there are 2450 posts on
this subject. I've been using MS OUTLOOK for 10 years and with Office Outlook
2007 I've been having a difficult time getting the LAST, FIRST Names in the
TO: GUI box despite the fact that the Contacts are listed Last, First in my
Address Book. It is just simply not that obbvious. Anyway, your suggestion of
closing OUTLOOK and restarting it was the KEY. BTW, this feature should have
been designed into the OPTIONS---> PREFERENCES----->CONTACTS to begin with
then there wouldn't have been 2450 posts on this subject. One's CONTACTS has
nothing directly to do with the TOOLS--->EMAIL Accounts feature.

Google would have found all of them in less time than it took to ask the
question in the first place. You would benefit from learning how to use
Google Groups Search. http://groups.google.com/
