Depends on your version of Outlook. There is no such thing as Windows
Outlook.
Check the Sharp website for updates on sync software compatible with for
your mobile device and version of Outlook.

Thanks for the replies. I found the Sharp Customer Service phone
number and called them this morning. They walked me through a
download which should make it work, except for the Outlook
requirement, which is apparently used to download/upload e-mail
addresses. I don't really need that.

How could it? The specs say you need two things, neither of which you have.
