My computer crashed and had to be reformatted.  I am now trying to set it up
again.  I have all my contacts on my HP iPAQ but how do I get them back into
Outlook 2003?

Not an Outlook question. Ask in an Activesync group.
Are you saying that you do not back up your data? Anyone who synchronizes
Outlook with a PDA should make frequent backups of their data.
Synchronization can easily cause permanent corruption of your data file and
require restoration from a good backup. Trying to restore data from a PDA is
a poor choice. Good luck.
