How do I import contacts to a shared contact folder on the network?  I do
have owner permissions for this shared folder.  Using Outlook 2003 SP2.

Assuming that you are referring to an Exch Public folder (not supported by
Outlook Import) , you will need a 3rd party product or write your own code.

You may find the following of interest (public folders and custom forms
supported):

Import from what source?  If it's from a PST, don't use import.  Use import
only if the source is some application other than Outlook.

Create a temporary contacts folder in your mailbox.  Import to that folder.
Open that folder, select everything with CTRL-A, and move it to the shared
folder.
