When I set OL to View Contacts-By Company it does so, but I end up with a
table of companies with excessively wide rows.  Is there a way to shrink the
size of the rows?  Since there seems to be no way to go right to a
particular company (as you might go to a person in the Address Card view of
Contacts by typing the first letter or two of the name) I can only scroll
through this list.  If the rows were more condensed this tedious task would
be a lot easier.  Is there a way to do this?  Thanks!

Go to the header area of a column and you can make each one narrower by
dragging with the mouse when you get to the dividing line between field name
headings.  It's just like in an Excel table.

It will stay the way you leave it.
