Lost folder

I have lost for some reason My folder of Contacts for our Club that I am
editor.
It is a new folder and I have not backed it up yet . Now the consequences.

I have an old e mail that I have sent containing the e mail address I sent
in Bcc.
Is it possible to retrieve these address and recreate another Contact
folder.
I am using MS Outlook

How did you "lose" it? If it isn't in your Deleted Items Folder, then it is
gone unless you had made a backup.

I was adding an address to my blocked senders list and clicked on my spam
folder and it has disappeared? I want to find it so that I can check it to
see if there is mail that needs saving. Any ideas of how I would do that?

Please provide an accurate description of you problem. Yours makes no sense.
Provide clear steps that will reproduce your problem. Avoid using
indefininite antecedents.
