Outlook phone fields do not sync with WM6 device

I have a Palm Treo 750 with Windows Mobile 6.0. My laptop has Outlook
2003 with Windows XP Professional. I am trying to sync the Treo with
my company's Exchange Server. I have found that 7 of the 19 Outlook
telephone fields in contacts do not sync with the Treo. These fields
are:

Callback
ISDN
Other
Other Fax
Primary
Telex
TTY/TDD

In addition, 2 of the 3 instant messaging fields on the Treo do not
sync with Outlook. These fields are:

IM2
IM3

How do I get these fields to sync?

Synching is totally up to the sync software you use. Outlook (and Exchange)
are simply data repositories. If the sync software doesn't transfer some of
the data fields, it's the sync software's fault.
