Scanning Documents

I am looking to store QC documents.

Can these be scanned and then stored for viewing within the companies
contact information in Outlook??

Or can a button be setup to link to a file which would then show the
specific companies certs??

Any file in your computer can be linked to a Contact for quick access.  Open
a Contact and use Attach File or Insert File as Hyperlink to do it.  You
forgot to mention your version and the exact method depends on the version.
