MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / February 2008Can't auto-suggest
Hi, I'm using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 SP2. I understand that the auto-suggest names in the "To" field of a new mail is on by default, but mine doesn't work. Even after reading the online help, to carry out the following: 1. Go to Tools->Options->Preferences->E-mail Options->Advanced E-mail Options 2. Check "Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields" (which is already checked by the way) Auto-suggesting still can't work. Can anyone help? I've been using this PC for a few years, and it works fine, but after I've upgraded to a new PC, it stopped working.
