I have "panerra" as a contact in my outlook. For some reason it won't file it
under "P" it puts it in the very front next to my distribution lists. If I
have a first name only, or just a company name it won't file it under the
correct letter - it puts up front next to distribution lists. Any suggestions?

when you open the contact, what is in the File As field?

Check to see if you accidentally have a space in front of Panerra...if
so it will pick that up as the first letter and throw to the front of
the list.
