Hello,

How do you export a group of contacts into an excel format so that I may
created a contacts list in excel?

1. Someone else wants to send me their group of contacts (how would they do
that?)
2. Then, I need to convert this group in to an excel spreadsheet.

Thanks for the answer.

They can export their contacts to one of several formats and send you the
file or attach them to an email and you can drag them into your contacts
folder. See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/copy_data.htm for my favorite
method of using outlook data in other programs.
