os crash--trying to retrieve profiles, contacts, emails

my xp os recently crashed.  I got the docs backed up by Geek Squad.  But I
need to know how to get my profiles back into Outlook.  And where do I find
my emails, contacts, etc in the backup?  How do I get those back into Outlook
2003?

You create a new profile. You connect it to your data file. Instructions are
well documented and posted here every day.
