Exporting Contacts to CSV file

When I attempt to export contacts to CSV file I get the following error
messge: Microsoft cannot start the required translator. This feature is not
currently installed... Would you like to install?" When I click yes, I get
the following message: "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM
that s not available"

Failing finding the install CDs - 2 other options that will solve your
problem in the immediate term are (there are others):

This free utility will solve your problem especially if this is either a
one-time or casual requirement (product not related to us - provided for
info only)

Hi Karl!
Thanks for the info. I installed the utility, but am still getting the same
error. I saved the file and also ran it. Any other ideas?

Assume that you are referring to the CodeTwo utility. You need to export
using that program and not Outlook's export process. CodeTwo (or our program
for that matter) does not use the Outlook import/export filters. If you need
any assistance re: the CodeTwo program - you should contact the author (or
if you are referring to our product - contact CG support - support AT
contactgenie.com)

To echo Brian's question as to why you are exporting - if it's for the
purposes of moving data from one machine to another etc - exporting is not
the way to go using any program.

and/or Microsoft Exchange Public Contacts Folder (or private Mailbox folder)
to Microsoft Office AccessT table or Microsoft Office ExcelR file.

Load your Office CD and install the importers and exporters.

Perhaps if you'd dtate why you wish to export, someone might be able to
suggest another approach.
