Thanks for the reply, but I don't quite uderstand what you mean. Since I am
the owner of the list, I can add members one-at-a-time by selecting them from
the GAL. Are you saying that the Exchange admin has some kind of
tool/process where he can import a list into the DL?

You said that the Exchange admins created the list IN the GAL. Outlook
cannot change the data in the GAL. If you are creating the list in your own
Contacts folder from members in the GAL, then there shouldn't be any
problem.
