Sync Exchange and Personal folders separately

Hi,
I would like to know how to be able to sync my work blackjack with exchange
and sync my personal (2nd phone) blackjack with the personal
folders/contacts/calendar in Outlook. I would like to keep them separate, is
that possible, and if so, how using Vista?

Not an Outlook question. Whether this is even possible and how to do so is a
question for whoever supports your synch software.
