In addition to my master Contacts list, I also have sub-folders named for
specific categories of contacts.  When creating and updating distributions
lists I used to see all these contact folders in the drop down menu "Show The
Names From" when I wanted to select one or more new members for my email
distribution list.  After a virus problem was supposedly repaired by a
friend, now I no longer see all those folders, I see only Contacts.  I am
trying to find out how to add the other folders to the drop down menu in
Tools but have been unable to find a way.

Might be a good idea to find out what your friend actually did that would
trash your Outlook profile. You've provided no information that would permit
anyone to help.
Have you enabled these subfolders as email address books in their
properties?
