Create a Contact item using MAPI

I'd like to create a Contact Item using MAPI (as most fast way).
What are the properties I should create in contact item in OL 2003 / 2007?
For example, if I fill up all the fields on the contact form, what are the
other properties I should create?

I need to store hundreds of contacts fast, so I prefer to do it using MAPI.

Perhaps microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba or
microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms would be better places to ask.
