MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / March 2008copy contact from contact list to folder
I had a folder in my contacts list that had one group of epeople that got a certain kind of information sent to them. WhenI went to delete one contact it deleted the whole folder. I checked in the Deleted file and its not there. Not I have to re input these peopl ein the folder. I have those same peopl ein my general contact list. How can I transfer them to the new Folder and not take them out of the regular contact list. When taking items from one folder to another, drag with your RIGHT mouse button. When you release at the destination folder you will have the choice to Move or Copy. You want to Copy.
