Can anyone tell me what the difference is in the sensitivity field between
Normal, Personal, Private, & Confidential. I pretty sure about Normal &
Private, but where do the other two fit in and what effect do they have onthe
way Outlook behaves? Thanks in advance

AFAIK they are only for informational purposes in Outlook - they do not
change Outlook behavior.
