Exporting Shared Contacts to Excel File

Using OL07 and Excel 07:
When I get to "Select Folder to Export From", only my mailbox/contacts are
visible.  I have access to several other users "contacts in mailbox" just not
for this function.
Is there a setting in delegates/permissions that the other users must
activate first?  Thanks

Outlook doesn't provide access to delegate folders.

However, 2 options available to you (among others) are:

#1) This free utility should solve your problem especially if this is either
a
one-time or casual requirement (product not related to us - provided for
info only)

#2) In the event you require more advanced features - you can review our
export
product options which includes simultaneous multiple folder export available
