I'm using Outlook 2003 SP3

In the 'file as' field there is a drop-down box with the following choices:
•    Last, First
•    First Last
•    Company
•    Last, First (Company)
•    Company (Last, First)

The current default is Last, First and I would like it to be Company.
Currently I'm changing it manually for each new contact I enter.

Based on the reply to this post:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public
.outlook.contacts&tid=df6db695-6dc2-4224-bec3-825625b143db&cat=en-us-office-outl
ook&lang=en&cr=US&sloc=en-us&m=1&p=1

it appears it is possible to change the default, but I cannot find the
proper place to do so.

I also found this:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291144&Product=ol2002
But I'm not sure that's exactly what I want to do.

Any instructions you can provide or direction as to where to find this
information will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Sorry, I was afraid no one would see it there. I wanted to edit my post to
clarify my question, but this forum doesn't have that feature.
Thanks for your help.
Here's a link to that post in case others need that info
