How to filter out duplicates in Vista Outlook email distribution?

In a lengthy email distribution list, that you have been sent in an incoming
message, how do you filter out duplicate addresses when you Reply To All?

You shouldn't need to worry about it.  Outlook should eliminate duplicate
addresses if it detects them.
